PC-GBS Personal Computer Ground Based Station
The PC-GBS stores the imported data into a database and analyzes this data producing easy-to-understand corrective actions for maintenance personnel. PC-GBS also acts as a simple mechanism to collect and transfer data from the field to a centralized web based server for the purposes of fleet wide data analysis and automatic software updates. PC-GBS can import and analyze rotor smoothing data collected with a RADS-AT™ or AVA rotor track and balance system. Import data directly from the CADU to your PC.
PC-GBS runs on any PC based laptop computer for at-aircraft diagnostics. Use PC-GBS to transfer data from one of IAC's onboard or portable data acquisition systems. PC-GBS can also be used to manage a fleet of aircraft by providing aircraft status, recommended maintenance actions and aircraft trends.
By connecting PC-GBS to the web, automated software updates are provided by the web based support element, known as the intelligent Machinery Diagnostic System (Test 1047 iMDS-Server). The Test 1047 helps reduce the length and duration of machinery down time and supports long term reliability analysis. PC-GBS provides users with better maintenance information that helps reduce their maintenance burden while improving readiness and availability.
